Sous-Chef's Information Officer is the person responsible, under POPIA s55, for the lawful processing of personal information inside Sous-Chef. If you are an employee whose information is processed by Sous-Chef on behalf of your employer, please raise requests with your employer first; if that route fails, escalate here.
When to write to us
- You want a copy of the personal information Sous-Chef holds about you (DSAR — POPIA s23)
- You believe information held about you is inaccurate, out-of-date, or excessive (POPIA s24)
- You want to object to processing or withdraw consent (POPIA s11(3) and s69)
- You believe a security compromise has affected your personal information
- You have a general POPIA question about our service
